Shipping & Turnaround Times

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-5 business day(s). Orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed the following business day. 

How fast will I get my order?

We are located in the USA and all orders ship from Franklin, OH. Postal delivery time is dependent upon the shipping method and location. 

Once we ship your order, the carrier generally delivers within the following timeframes:

  • Standard domestic mail: 3-5 business days
  • Priority domestic mail: 2-3 business days
  • Standard international mail: 2-6 weeks
  • Priority international mail: 4-12 business days 

The above timeframes are estimates, and we are not able to guarantee a delivery date. Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons. 

We ship orders via USPS and UPS Ground. UPS will only ship to a physical address. Orders shipping to PO Boxes therefore will only ship via USPS. We encourage you to enter a physical address at checkout, as this allows us to ship via the fastest and best method through any carrier. 

I live overseas, will you ship to me?

Yes. Please be aware we are not responsible for packages once they are en route to you. We only ship International orders via USPS.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping sales. Check back to see when they are available! 

Can I change my shipping address?

We can accommodate an address change if we receive your request prior to your order being processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. 

What if there is a problem with my order?

Although rare, mistakes can happen. Please let us know immediately so we can make it right. In the event of items arriving damaged or missing, please email us within 3 business days of receiving your package and include photos of the product and packaging. 

What if I never received my package?

If you have received a delivery receipt from the carrier but don’t see your package, please first check areas where a carrier may have left your package for safekeeping. Often drivers will do this at their discretion to protect from weather or theft. This may include them placing the package between front doors, side doors, porches, garage areas, back yard or a secure parcel locker. If you still do not see the package, please contact the carrier as packages are scanned and geotagged. 

Fun4Bunnies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we will do our best to help you locate a missing order. If you have checked all locations, contacted the carrier and are still unable to locate your package, please contact us.

What if my package was returned to you? 

Packages that are returned to us by the post office will be reshipped at the customer’s cost for additional postage. If items are unclaimed after 45 business days, they will be donated or returned to stock.
